Raspberry Beret
Look what I whipped up during a "Top Chef" marathon:
This is another beret knit from the pattern called "Mercy" from Rowan's "Ribbon Twist Collection," knit from two skeins of our sale-priced Rowan Ribbon Twist. This beret is quite hefty and substantial -- and I do not lie when I say I've seen headgear of this ilk at prices upwards of $200 on fancy-shmancy online retail stores.
This beret is knit flat on US 11 and 17's, and seaming it up is just a matter of a couple minutes. I give this classic Kim Hargreaves pattern my highest recommendation -- quick, easy, and cute as can be.
